The cost of a funeral sill vary depending on the type of services and merchandise that are selected by the family.  Services selected would/could include:  Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff, Embalming, Other preparation, Funeral/Memorial Services at Funeral Home/Church, Staff & Equipment for Committal,  Transfer of Remains to Funeral Home, Automotive Equipment and funeral merchandise that may include a Casket, Outside Burial Container, Urns, Register Book and Memory Folders.

In addition, there are fees that are considered cash advanced charges.  These charges are for items that we may assist the family in identifying and securing.  These charges may include flowers, cemetery opening/closing/maintenance fee, certified death certificates and newspaper obituary charges.  We itemize all fees on a statement of Funeral Goods and Services and present a copy to the family at the time of the arrangement conference, so that all charges may be viewed and any questions asked and answered at that time.

A Traditional Funeral Service includes a time for families and friends to gather for a visitation/viewing, funeral service and burial/committal.  These services are usually public but can be private if desired.

A Graveside Service is conducted at the site of burial/interment.  A visitation can be held at the funeral home chapel or church prior to the service.

A Memorial Service is conducted without the body of the deceased being present.

There are many options available to you with cremation.  You can have a visitation and service with the body of the deceased present and cremation can take place after the service or you may choose to have the cremation take place prior to the service.  Direct Crematon is also available.

A lot of families are confused as to what to do or who to contact when a death occurs out-ot-town.  Our professional and licensed staff can arrange a service for your loved one anywhere and help to eliminate duplicate charges.  We can also arrange to have a loved one brought back for services locally if desired.

There are many advantages to planning a funeral ahead of time.  By pre-planning a funeral, difficult decisions will not have to be made during a time of grieving and stress.
