Age 15 of Duff, Tennessee passed away Monday February 20, 2023, at his home.  He was born November 30, 2007, in Jellico, Tennessee.  William was a beloved student at the Jellico High School.

     William is preceded in death by:

     He is survived by:

Parents: Victor & Lorraine (Metzler) Carroll

Sisters: Shannon Carroll, Mary Burton

God Mother: Jessica Moore
