Age 80 of the Wooldridge Community of Jellico, Tennessee passed away Saturday, April 05, 2025, at his home.  He was born December 28, 1944, in Clairfield, Tennessee.

     Verlin is preceded in death by:

Wife: Henrietta (Sowders) King

Grandchild: Baby Dixon

Daughter: Sharon King

Father: Clarence King

Mother: Hazel (Byrd) King

Sisters: Marie Lively, Bobbie Jean Orick

     He is survived by:

Son: Naylon Wayne King

Daughter: Lisa (Barney) Bates 

Daughter & caregiver: Lora (Jeff) Reinhardt

Special Caregivers & Grandchildren: Cheyenne, Tristan & Oaklynn Dixon, Cody Bell

Ten Grandchildren & Fourteen Great Grandchildren and one on the way

Special friends: Wilma Morgan, Richard Thomas
