Age 76 of Jellico, Tennessee passed away Saturday, July 22, 2023, at his home.  He was born July 21, 1947, in Jellico, Tennessee.

Son: Richard Terrill Kellogg

Grandson: Jared Tyler Kellogg 

Mother: Agnes Kellogg

Brothers: Paul Van Kellogg, Bo Walter Jack Kellogg, Jerry "Bunk" Kellogg, Ralph Kelly Kellogg, Bill Kellogg

Sister: Jane Kellogg

     He is survived by:

Daughter: Victoria Kellogg

Grandchildren: Dorian Blake Kellogg, Lily Rebecca Ridenour

Nephew: William Jerome Kellogg

Companion of 24 years: Suzanne Price and her children; Sheena Lawson, Larry Price

The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 25, 2023, from 12 - 2 p.m. at Harp Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral Services will follow at 2 p.m. with Rev. D.J. Osborn officiating.  Burial to follow in the Greenwood Cemetery (Jellico, Tennessee).
