Mr. Russell "Rusty" Norman

Age 53 of Elk Valley, Tennessee passed away peacefully in his sleep Monday, October 28, 2024, at his home.  He was born May 19, 1971, in Jellico, Tennessee.  He was a member of the Lick Fork Baptist Church.

     Rusty is preceded in death by:

The family will receive friends: 4 - 7 p.m. Friday, November 01, 2024, at the Lick Fork Baptist Church with funeral services at 7 p.m.
