Mr. Roy "Dabs" Lay

Age 81 of the Wooldridge Community of Jellico, Tennessee passed away Friday December 16, 2022, at Beech Tree Manor.  He was born September 25, 1941, in Newcomb, Tennessee.

     Dabs is preceded in death by:

Wife: Violet (Rogers) Lay

Father: William Morton Lay

Mother: Ethel (Rutherford) Lay

Brothers: Earl Lay, Floyd Lay, Carl William Lay

Sisters: Wanda McCallister, Della Hutson

     He is survived by:

Daughters: Pamela Hackler & husband Keith, Rita Lay, Donna Lay

Grandchildren: Jenny Lay, Alyssa Hackler

Brother: Robert Lay & wife Jane

Sisters: Ella Mae Douglas, Margie Douglas

A host of nieces, nephews, friends & family to mourn his passing.

The family will receive friends: 1 - 3 p.m. Sunday December 18, 2022, at Harp Funeral Home with Graveside Services to follow in the Douglas Cemetery (Wooldridge Community)
