Age 67 of Jellico, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at her home.  She was born September 16, 1956, in Bell County, Kentucky.

Mother: Rosetta (Lay) Osborne

Brothers: Kenneth, Ronnie, Benny, Ed Osborne, Bill Blankenship

Sister: Wanda Brownell

     She is survived by:

Daughters: Julie Downs, Judy Baird & husband Glynn

Son: Joshua Teague

Grandchildren: Anyssa Downs, Dylan Downs, Ethan Becker, Matthew Becker

Brother: Gary Blankenship

Sisters: Carolyn Holliker, Linda Dalessio

Best friend & sister at heart: Donna Teague
