She is survived by daughter; Charlotte Blankenship of Jellico, grandchildren; John Blankenship & wife Melissa of Williamsburg, Machele Lay & husband Jeff of Pioneer, Tennessee, great grandchildren; Wesley Blankenship & wife Cynthia, Bethany Blankenship, Paula Blankenship, Jeffery Lay, John Michael (Mikie) Lay, great great grandchildren; Gracie & Taylor Blankenship, Marissa Tolbert.

Visitation 11:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. Sunday, February 26, 2012 with funeral services starting at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Harp Funeral Home, Rev. Ronald Wilson officiating. Burial to follow in the Douglas Cemetery.
