Ms. Hazel Moore Obituary
Age 71 of White Oak passed away Monday, February 06, 2012 at the Jellico Community Hospital. She was born March 30, 1940 in Clairfield, Tennessee. Hazel is preceded in death by parents; Robert & Flossie Hutson Murphy, sister; Doris Ann Wallace, daughter; Kathy Moore Hurst, husband; Wilbur Dean Moore.
She is survived by three sons; Ricky Moore of Morley, Michael Moore of Roses Creek, Robert Moore of Tackett Creek, one daughter; Sheila Osborne of Eagan, one brother; Ray Murphy & wife Connie of Sydney Ohio, two sisters; June Bray & husband Kenneth of Sydney Ohio, Gladys Walters & husband D.A. of Cincinnati Ohio, eight grandchildren & five great grandchildren.
A Host of nieces, nephews, friends and family to mourn her passing.
Visitation 5-8p.m. Wednesday, February 08, 2012 at Harp Funeral Home
Funeral Services 11a.m. Thursday, February 09, 2012 in the chapel of Harp Funeral Home with Rev. Kenneth Osborne officiating, burial to follow in the Odd Fellow Cemetery (White Oak).
