Age 67 of Foley Bend Road Williamsburg, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at his home. He was born March 28, 1944 in Harlan, Kentucky. James is preceded in death by parents; Claude & Pauline Grogan Perkins, wife; Helen Wilhoit Perkins
He is survived by son; Dallas Russell Perkins & wife Bobbie Sherri of Williamsburg, daughter; Paula Lawson & husband Phillip of Foley Bend Road, five grandchildren; Melissa Lawson, Nathan Lawson, Emily Perkins, Ronnie Hatfield, Dalton Hatfield, four brothers; Rick, Donald, Wayne and Eddie Perkins all of Williamsburg, Kentucky, sister; Claudette Baird of Foley Bend Road.
A Host of nieces, nephews, friends and family to mourn is passing.
Visitation 5-7p.m. Friday, February 17, 2012 with a Memorial service starting at 7p.m. in the chapel of Harp Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Carpenter officiating. James wishes were to be cremated.
