Age 68 of Black Oak (Williamsburg) Kentucky passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at Baptist Health Corbin.  She was born June 11, 1958, in Sidney, Ohio.

     Lena is preceded in death by:

Husband: Clarence Howard Johnson, Sr.

Father: James Walter Douglas

Mother: Iris (Lamb) Douglas

Brother: Donnie Elbert Douglas, Sr.

Sister: Ruth Teague

     She is survived by:

Daughter: Jonina Swartz & husband Louis

Grandchildren: Brenden Swartz, Bryce Swartz

Brother: Paul Douglas & wife Shirley

Sisters: Wanda Perkins, Nina Marples, Jo Broyles & husband Donnie

The family will receive friends: 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Saturday, September 26, 2026, Harp Funeral Home Chapel, with funeral services at 1 p.m.

Burial: to follow in Douglas Cemetery (Wooldridge Community) Jellico, Tennessee.
