Kevin Edward Hopeck Obituary

Mr. Kevin Edward Hopeck

Age 54 of Corbin, Kentucky passed away unexpectedly Thursday, December 18, 2025, at home.  He was born November 15, 1971, in Westerville, Ohio to Tom and Syvonia Hopeck.  Kevin lived independently and was deeply loved by all who knew him.  He was a devoted father, a loyal friend, and a man widely known for his kindness, warmth, and genuine friendship.

Kevin dedicated his career to nursing, taking great pride in his work and in the meaningful relationships he built with colleagues and patients alike.  Outside of work, his greatest joy came from spending time with his family.  He especially cherished moments with his son, Korey, daughter-in-law Adrienne, and his two grandsons, Azariah and Neyland.  Time spent with close family and friends was always most dear to him.

Kevin is survived by his son, Korey (Adrienne) Hopeck; and his beloved grandchildren, Azariah and Neyland, Father Tom (Elaine) Hopeck, his brother, Keith (Karen) Hopeck, his nieces, Kendra and Lindsey, like a Mother Glenda Brewster and special friend, Michael Arnstadt.

Kevin will be deeply missed and fondly remembered for his compassion, dedication, and the love he shared so freely with others.

The family will receive friends: 6 - 8 p.m. Saturday, January 17, 2026, Harp Funeral Home Chapel with a Celebration of Life Memorial Service to follow at 8 p.m.
