Age 80 of Jellico, Tennessee passed away Thursday, January 30, 2025, at Beech Tree Manor.  He was born September 19, 1944, in Jellico, Tennessee.

Wife: Melba (Brown) Hicks

Wife: Vergie Hicks

Brother: Herbert Joe "Buster" Lay

     He is survived by:

Son: Jeffery Hicks & wife Betty

Stepson: Raymond Elliott

Daughters: Sheila Faulkner, Crystal Botts

Grandchildren: Jeffery Hicks, Ashley Adkins, Donald Ray Hicks, Melinda Ford, Scotty Wayne, Maddison, Hunter & Chloe Botts

The family will receive friends: 6 - 8 p.m. Sunday, February 02, 2025, at the Harp Funeral Home Chapel with funeral services at 8 p.m.
