Mr. Joseph "Joe" Lay

Age 58 of Jellico, Tennessee passed away Wednesday January 11, 2023, at Norris Health & Rehab Center.  He was born December 24, 1964, in Jellico, Tennessee.

Joe is preceded in death by:

Father: James Lawernce Walker, Sr.

Mother: Wanda Lou (Lay) Walker

Sister: Christine "Tina" Walker

Special Aunt: Mary Ann Weaver

Grandparents: Simon "Jigs" & Christine (Buckner) Lay, Lawrence & Clara Walker

He is survived by:

Brothers: James Walker & wife Lori, Charles Walker & wife Dawn

Special Uncle: Charles Weaver

The family will receive friends: 12 - 2 p.m. Saturday January 14, 2023, at Tannery Hollow Baptist Church

Funeral: 2 p.m. at the Church

Officiating: Rev. Lester Cox & Bro. Jack Douglas

Burial: to follow in the Baird Cemetery (Little Elk Creek Community)
