Age 87 of Newcomb, Tennessee passed away Saturday, August 24, 2024, at his home.  He was born October 21, 1936, in Oswego, Tennessee.

     Johnny is preceded in death by:

Mother: Mencie (Baird) Creekmore

Brothers: Clyde "Dock" Creekmore & wife Eudena, Robert Cecil Creekmore

Sisters: Thelma Marie Chapman & husband Carl, Dorothy Christine Baird & husband Andrew, Patricia "Patsy" Cupp & husband Oscar

Father & Mother-in-law: W.J. & Florene (Gilburth) Douglas

Brother-in-law: Joe Douglas

Burial: 11 a.m. Friday, August 30, 2024, in the Douglas Cemetery (Wooldridge Community).
