Mrs. Jimmie Sue (Phillips) Mullins

Age 74 of the Black Oak Community (Williamsburg) passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at the LaFollette Medical Center. She was born April 29, 1948, in Jellico, Tennessee.

She is preceded in death by:

Father: Charlie Phillips

Mother: Katie (Baker) Phillips

Brother: James "J.B." Barton Phillips

Jimmie is survived by:

Husband: William "Sonny" Mullins

Daughter: Renee Morgan & husband Bill

Son: Jimmy Hicks & wife Lynn

Grandchildren: Ashley, Freddy, Lani, Jayna, Summer, Chris, Dustin

Eight Great Grandchildren

Brother: Ronnie Phillips

Sisters: Charlene Scribner, Elizabeth Flowers & Richard Craighead

A host of nieces, nephews, friends & family to mourn her passing.

The family will honor Jimmie's wishes with cremation and no service is planned.
