Age 64 of Newcomb, Tennessee passed away Sunday, September 10, 2023, at Parkwest Medical Center.  He was born April 14, 1959, in Jellico, Tennessee.  Gary was a faithful worker and member of the Newcomb Baptist Church.

Grandchildren: Kaden Williams, Kinley Williams
