Age 53 of Jellico, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at his home.  He was born July 29, 1971, in Corbin, Kentucky.

     He is survived by:

Wife: Glenna (Tucker) Lay

Children: Travis Lay, Dartanyan "David" Lay, Azalea Nikki O'Hara

Stepdaughter: Jessica McNealy & husband Nathan

Sisters: Betty Hicks & husband Jeff, Eva Perkins & late husband Allen, Lisa Day & husband Donald, Kathy Simpkins, Deborah Combs & husband James, Stacey Lay

Grandchildren: Peyton O'Hara, Hayden O'Hara, Phoenix O'Hara, Avery Lay

Step Grandchildren: Jacob Bowlin, Jase Bowlin, McKenzie Bowlin, Rylan & Tucker McNealy

A host of nieces, nephews, friends & family to mourn his passing.

The family will receive friends: 6 - 8 p.m. Thursday, September 12, 2024, at the Harp Funeral Home Chapel with funeral services starting at 8 p.m.
