Age 83 of the Wooldridge Community of Jellico, Tennessee passed away Saturday, October 04, 2025, at his home.  He was born June 17, 1942, in Newcomb, Tennessee.

Mother: Essie Mildred (Cummins) Rigney

Brother: James Freddie Rigney

Sister: Janet Sue Crass

     He is survived by:

Nephews: Aaron Lay, Josh Lay, David Kidd & wife Megan, Mark Crass & wife Joy, Curt Rigney & wife Kristie
