Mr. Dustin Wayne Richardson
Age 44 of Jellico, Tennessee passed away Saturday, September 16, 2023, at the U.T. Medical Center. He was born January 02, 1979, in Corbin, Kentucky. Dustin was a member of the Jellico First Baptist Church. He was a very private person who had high dreams.
