Age 81 of Elk Valley (Pioneer), Tennessee passed away Sunday, January 21, 2024, at his home. He was born October 16, 1942.

Charles is preceded in death by:

Father: Earl Walp

Mother: Letha (Lay) Walp

Brother: Carl Walp, Sr.

Sister: Nancy (Walp) Lowe

He is survived by:

Sister: Thelma Brantley & husband Boyd
