     She is survived by:

Husband: Tommy Smith

Grandchildren: Brookelyn & Angelina Gosnell, Ryker, Sawyer & McKinley Smith

Brother: Benny Gosnell & wife Sonya

Sister: Melinda Gulley & husband Oscar
