Age 77 of Jacksboro, Tennessee passed away Saturday, March 23, 2024, at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.  She was born October 11, 1946, Jellico, Tennessee.  Lillie was a loving, giving and caring devoted mother & grandmother who loved her children.

     Lillie is preceded in death by:

Husband: Fred Lay

Parents: Rev. Caleb & Mary (Campbell) Powers

Brothers: Roscoe, Delmus, Caleb Powers, Jr., Rev. Estes Powers

Sister: Brenda Brandenburg

Stepson: Paul David Cox, Jr.

Son-in-law: Tommy White

Three Grandchildren and one great grandchild

     She is survived by:

Husband: Rev. Paul David Cox, Sr.

Children: Betty (Jeff) Hicks, Eva Perkins & late husband Allen, Lisa (Donald) Day, Kathy Simpkins, Freddy (Glenna) Lay, Deborah (James) Combs, Stacey Lay, Jason (Mattie) Cox, Jennifer Cox

Stepchildren: Diane White, Dennis Cox & late wife Rhonda

Twenty-six Grandchildren & Thirty Great Grandchildren

Brother: Rev. Earl Powers & Louise Goley
